Welcome to Grace

As a newcomer to Grace Community Church you probably have some questions about what to expect.

You might be investigating the claims of Christianity, you may or may not have gone to church in your life and you may have had good or bad experiences with churches in the past.

No matter what your walk of life, or background, you will be welcomed. We want to ensure that there are no unexpected surprises for you when you come to Grace

Your comfort is important to us. We would like to give you the opportunity to “Get to know us”. Have a look around our website, contact our staff via the Connect form, or ask questions of our friendly greeters.

If you have questions or concerns that are not answered in this section, please leave a message on our contact card.

We gather every Sunday morning for worship service at 10:30 am. The first Sunday of each month we also have the Lord’s table or communion as part of our worship service. The last Friday of each month, the congregation gathers together to pray for specific issues that the Elders believe need to be specifically addressed.

Please feel free to come to our services dressed however you feel comfortable. We understand that not everyone is able to dress the same, but come with our focus being to give the Lord the glory He desires.

We focus on the heart more than the outward appearance. We do ask that people wear clothing that does not draw attention to themselves. We think that what you wear to church should not detract from the worship experience of others around you. We want all of the attention to go to Christ.

During our service, the children leave after the first song for Grace Kids. This is their worship service which will be following the same passage of scripture that is being taught in the worship hall by Pastor Allan. Grace Nursery is always available as well. Both of these ministries will require the parents or guardians to register the children when they arrive at church.

Come as you are! Bring your questions, your curiosity, your desire to learn and worship our Saviour. We promise not to single you out or make you introduce yourself publicly. Prior to the service we hope to be able to greet and welcome you to Grace.  As a visitor, please don’t feel obligated to contribute when the offering is collected. At the end of the service feel free to linger if you’d like, or dash for the door if you need to.

Grace Community Church is an accessible facility with parking, and a drop off area in front of the church for wheelchair entry and accessible restroom facilities on the main floor.
